Applies to the website omnexis.com. Last updated 18 August 2026.

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on Personal Data Processing. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to do so; privacy enquiries go to the address above.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the website omnexis.com only — the informational site you are reading now.
Our individual products (Datok, TraceRacer, Jerk & Jack, I.Q. K.O., Zeitfix, CardColl, chci.eu, WhyM.Eu, Vrse, Eurik, PoSTBox and nOmsg) run on their own domains and each has its own privacy policy, published there. If you use one of those products, the policy on that product's own website applies to it, not this one.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. It contains no analytics, no advertising trackers, no social media pixels, no embedded third-party fonts and no third-party scripts of any kind. Everything the page needs is served from our own server.
Because we place no non-essential cookies or similar technologies on your device, no cookie consent banner is required, and none is shown. We do not build visitor profiles and we do not track you across websites.
The one thing we do keep on your device is your chosen interface language, stored locally in
your browser (via localStorage) so the site can remember it on your next visit.
It is a functional preference you set yourself — it is never sent to us or to anyone else, and
it is not used to identify or track you. You can clear it at any time from your browser
settings.
4. Data you send us through the contact form
If you choose to write to us using the contact form, we process:
- Your name — so we know who we are replying to (required)
- Your email address — so we can reply (required)
- Subject — optional
- The content of your message — whatever you decide to tell us (required)
- The time of submission and the sending IP address — recorded briefly to limit spam and abuse
The message is delivered to our info@omnexis.com mailbox. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes.
Legal basis
- Where your message concerns a possible contract or business relationship: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
- Otherwise: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us and in keeping our systems free of spam and abuse.
Providing this data is entirely voluntary. If you would rather not use the form, you can simply email info@omnexis.com directly.
5. Server log files
Like practically every web server, ours records technical information about each request so the site can be operated securely and faults can be diagnosed. These records may include your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the HTTP status returned, the referring page and your browser's user-agent string.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in the secure, stable and abuse-free operation of this website. These logs are not combined with the contact form data and are not used to identify individual visitors.
6. Who else processes this data
We keep the number of parties involved deliberately small. The following act as our processors:
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany) — provides the server on which this website runs. The server is located in Germany.
- Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) — provides the Google Workspace mailbox to which contact form messages are delivered and in which our correspondence with you is stored.
Both are bound by data processing agreements under Article 28 GDPR. Beyond these, we disclose personal data only where we are legally obliged to do so — for instance to a public authority acting within its powers.
7. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Our server and our mail provider's contracting entity are both within the European Union. Google may, however, process email data on infrastructure outside the EU/EEA as part of the Google Workspace service. Such transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with supplementary safeguards, and, for transfers to the United States, by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
8. How long we keep it
- Contact form messages and the correspondence that follows — kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, afterwards, for up to 24 months so we can pick up the thread if you come back to us. Deleted after that, unless a business relationship arises or the law requires us to keep the records for longer.
- Anti-spam records (IP address and timestamp of a submission) — kept for up to 7 days.
- Server log files — rotated and deleted within 30 days, except where an entry is needed to investigate a specific security incident.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy of it (Art. 15)
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16)
- Erasure of your data, where the conditions are met (Art. 17)
- Restriction of processing in certain circumstances (Art. 18)
- Data portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (Art. 20)
- Object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest, on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21)
To exercise any of these, write to info@omnexis.com. We will respond within one month. There is no charge, unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. We may need to ask you a question or two to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
10. Complaints
If you believe we are processing your personal data unlawfully, we would like to hear from you first so we can put it right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority at any time:
- Authority
- Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (Office for Personal Data Protection)
- Address
- Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czechia
- Website
- www.uoou.gov.cz
If you are resident in another EU or EEA country, you may also complain to the supervisory authority there.
11. Security
This website is served exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so what you type into the contact form is encrypted in transit. Our servers are kept patched, administrative access is restricted and protected by key-based authentication, and access to the mailbox that receives contact messages is limited to the people at OmNexis who need it.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send us passwords, payment card details or other highly sensitive information through the contact form.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website changes or when the law requires it. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be communicated directly where we have a way of reaching them.
